Received a defective BCG, called in and they agreed to refund the entire purchase price. Sent the BCG in, and PSA has had it for 2 weeks now, still no refund. I've sent several emails, with no response, called numerous times and can't get through, even sent a PM last week, still no response.

I understand the money can take a few days to show up on the card, but my return hasn't even been processed yet, after sitting in their office for 2 weeks.

Can someone at PSA please contact me or help me get this taken care of ASAP? I've never had this much hassle with a return.

I can see the tracking number they gave you made it back some time ago, so you're on their log for your refund. It'll be the first one processed.
