| I have never had an issue with PSA shipping times in the past being a week or more. It's fine with me to wait on something i wanted rather than needed to save the money they save you. So I ordered some D&H yesterday and got a notice today ( 1 DAY !!!) that they had shipped and will be here Friday. Holy crap GREAT JOB PSA!! I Just wanted say thanks for saving me money AND outstanding shipping times. PSA still continues to be A+ in my book even with all the haters out there. |

Yes, their efforts to improve their shipping department has been a success, but would still like to see USPS offered as an option for small parts orders. I think getting rid of USPS was one key to success... ![]() ![]() I've never had the option to use USPS from you, even when the shipping service was really really poor, so I don't think that was the problem. Like I pointed out before, for small parts that fit easily in their supplied packaging, Priority Mail is the best and fastest option out there...likewise as you have also pointed out, UPS does a fine job with most items, it just costs more. |

After working there for 5 years in IT i have no idea how they get shit from one point to another. ups logicstically was way better. but it never ceased to amaze me how UPS got shit to one place or another in one piece. 8 y ears there too.. one protip for shipping is never marking anything FRAGILE if it goes thru ups. the groundhub slugs will beat the hell out of it just cause of that marker. |

I've heard that from others too, so I'm sure thats the case, but the customer on the receiving end often gets the poor part of the supply chain.
When I lived up in OH, we had to endure dismal service and delivery from our local UPS terminal, lost and damaged items were a far too regular occurrence, whereas USPS has always given us great service everywhere we have lived. Here in LA, great service from both, but USPS is faster and less expensive with smaller items than are UPS or FedEx. |
