My order number 2101390125 shows complete, but the tracking shows that it has not been picked up, only a label created.
I normally do not bother you guys, I love the service and products I have bought. However because it does not say "in process" and the label was created 2 days ago I thought I would check. |

UPS ground does not run on weekends. It will probably be picked up today. |

After the shipping label on an order has been created, the order will be listed as "complete" even though labels generally take 24 to 48 hours to update.
