| It really makes me uncomfortable when I hear about PSA sending out the wrong items, or lesser items like this. A lot of people might not notice these issues. Figure if we have to wait 15 days for an order to process, there should be some solid QC. I hope you have your issue resolved. But for every person who knows to post here, there are 10 more struggling to get through to CS... and probably even more who aren't skilled enough to recognize a blem upper, or canted sights. |

Granted, one time I only sent the RMA tracking # and got a reply, "Please send name and order #," which I then sent and did not get a reply. The problem was the replacement had a blemished receiver (I didn't order blemished originally) and canted (24 clicks to zero on MBUS) FSB. I asked for my money back, but CS said I could only get store credit since BofA changed my debit card # (BofA got rid of military bank and changed it to their standard checking program). I decided to roll the dice on another replacement. There's a saying in Texas: "Fool me once... shame on... hmmm. once you fool me you can't fool me again!" The upper took a week to get there, so PSA got it 4 weeks ago exactly; signed for by "START." Maybe someone at PSA can "START" to figure out what is going on with this. PSA, please look up my PMs (same user name) and tell me what the deal is. Well, Palmetto left me a voicemail today apologizing for a mix-up on their end. They are sending me an upper overnight.
Let's hope they got it right this time. I really don't want a third RMA. Maybe there are some gift cards in the box to make up for 2 RMAs, several "mix-ups" and 9 weeks of being without an AR... probably not, but one can hope. If the zombies came while they were sitting on my upper for over 2 months, I'd be PISSED! |
