Is Arfcom management being complacent? Resellerratings.com has Palmetto State Armory at 3.4/10 with a 2 star rating. I'm on day 10 waiting for my order and they refuse to reply to my emails. I've called twice and both times I get an answering machine. This is borderline fraud. I will be doing a charge-back on my credit card and taking my business elsewhere. order #2101003891 |

| Thank You, although it shouldn't come to this. I'm sure this is a frivolous request but, perhaps in the future you can follow through with confirmation emails that you state on your site will be sent. Or better yet how about answering emails and phone calls? At this point even if the shipment does arrive I will never do business with PSA again. Your threat to dispute, rather than an apology and seeking to make a customer happy, did not go unnoticed. PSA customer service needs a lot of improvement to say the least. |

I don't know what you purchased , but most of the items have this at the bottom or something mentioning shipping time
*Please allow at least 15 business days for your Complete Assembled Upper to ship from our facility. Holiday and special lead times can be longer* I highly doubt you will take your money else where either because everyone says that. And looks like psa is still doing well . |

With a rating like they have I'm seeing exactly how well they are doing. I suspect they won't be around for the long term. PSA can only screw over so many customers. I won't spend another dime with them. But I'm sure they won't lose any seep over it. |
