| On my new PSA AR the FSB seems to be slightly canted to the right. It took 4 clicks to the right on my DD A1.5 rear sight. Is this within spec? |

I am of the opinion that if you dont run out of windage travel in your rear sight then its acceptable.
My 16" "premium" required 12-clicks of left correction with a Troy BUIS. A canted front sight post is not the only thing that effects point of impact. The quality of the rail on the upper receiver. The fit of the detachable carry handle or BUIS to the rail. The quality of the receiver, specifically how true the face is where it mates to the flange on the barrel extension. The quality of the barrel nut. The quality of installation of the brl. is the index pin perfectly centered in the notch in the upper or pressed to one side? is the notch in the upper for the index pin centered? Lots of stuff goes into how many clicks of correction you will need. Quality of parts matters. But quality of assembly matters as well. Here is a thread on truing the upper receiver face. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_4/467064_.html |

Thank you for your inquiry. As others have noted, that is well withing spec. Thanks. This is my first AR and I am still learning. When will the 10.5 uppers be back in stock? ![]() using different eyes will screw with your mind. i recently had bell's palsy and i had to shoot with my other eye. it was nearly impossible, i had to readjust the sights on my revolver to hit targets. as stated above 4 clicks is gtg. |
