Looking to hear from anyone on a timeframe for a complete upper repair. They quoted 5-7 days and today is day 7, when I called them they tell me they can't check to see if it has even been looked at.

| I actually just sent my upper in for repair of a canted front sight this Monday (8/25), arrived in Columbia, SC on Tuesday, came home from work today (8/29) and had a UPS notice on the door of my apartment. 4 days total from leaving me to coming back, quicker than I was anticipating. |

Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for the delay, items which have issues we cannot duplicate, or intermittent issues that require test firing and troubleshooting can take longer to diagnose. Thank you all for your answers, PSA thank you too for addressing my inquiry. I fired the upper on a brand new S&W M&P 15 sport that uses a semi auto BCG and a carbine buffer. I really wonder if these two parts may have caused the issue. |

The lower is likely not the issue, they seldom are. Ammo, buffer, BCG, gas system and magazine are much more likely in feeding or ejecting issues. We test with xm193 or equivalent, an m16 buffer, and std carbine buffer. Hey you guys are terrific, I own a Colt, S&W and I have had a DD and I have never had this type of positive interaction with a company like this. I worried that I sent the upper back with noting wrong with it as 90% of the time the spent cases would just dribble out of the upper, I also wondered if it could be ammo related. Again I thank you so much, quite the positive experience. |
