PSA gets kicked quite a bit in other threads for customer service, shipping, assrmbly mistakes and such. Many in tnose threads try equate those instanceswith an inferior product. However, those defending PSA bring up how well theirs run vs the competition. Can any of you chime in with your experiences when you ran your PSA rifle next to the competition, whether at a clasd or range. I am curious to see whats out there.
Edit: please excuse the mistakes. Cell phn screen tiny as hell |

well i have owned 2 PSA complete rifles.. One i sold because i had pretty much 2 of the same gun. But i have also owned a sig sauer m400 enhanced and i shot around 500 rounds with that at the range with pmc 55grain .223 and i had 6 jams with the ammo. I also ended up selling the sig sauer, It would jam quite often with multiple different kinds of ammunition. I shot 500 rounds of the same ammo through my PSA 16" upper and not an issue with it! I also owned a DPMS sportical as my first AR and i only had 1 jam with that rifle. But i sold the upper and put a PSA on it! I have never had a jam or FTF from either of my PSA rifles and i actually just bought the Freedom stainless rifle kit from them and put 250 rounds through it last weekend without a hiccup.. Great rifles and parts for a great price! if you can get past CS and shipping, Their products are worth every penny! I am definitely a customer for life EDIT: so i now own 3 PSA rifles 2 of them are PSA uppers on different lowers, and one is all PSA.. and i also have another PSA lower waiting for my PSA pistol kit to come in the mail |

I've assembled approx 10 AR's from PSA(including their premium, standard and PTAC) sourced parts. All (as far as I could determine) were in spec and functioned 100%. In full disclosure only two of those rifles were run "hard'. If you can get past their ridiculous lead times, feel confident (especially their premium line) that your PSA rifle will stand up to any of the competition. My 'collection' now is comprised of BCM and Spikes rifles FWIW. JMO |
| after building shooting my first PSA, i have sold my BCM, and used that money to build TWO more PSA's. for what its worth i shot better groupings with the PSA, but i have NOTHING bad to say about BCM, it is merely a preference because im a Palmetto state resident lol |
