I ordered two boxes of ammunition 5.56 x 45mm on June 16th that they said was in stock and could ship immediately. They took my money and now it is almost August and I haven't even heard from them. I have tried to call at least 5 to 6 times and all I get is a busy signal. Now the calls were placed different times of day and on different days so I think they are avoiding me. They go my money and now good by. I hope people will stop using you as if the service I am getting is so bad others must be the same. Its only time before they go out of business and so long and good by.

Did you post in the "where's my order" thread? Did you try to "IM" them? Seems like those have worked for other people.
Granted, it shouldn't take jumping through a bunch of hoops to get ahold of someone just to find out about the status of your order but doing so will definitely leave PSA and their shit show of a website and its Interent CS no excuses. |
