Trying to figure out the difference between the "Blemished PSA 16" M4 CMV Chrome-Lined Premium Rifle Kit" SKU #45420 for $429.99, and the "Blemished PSA 16" M4 CMV Rifle Kit" SKU #23844 for $459.99? I love PSA, but hate the reading comprehension crap! The difference between the two, as best I can tell, is the first one does not specifically say that it comes with a charging handle.

| I see what you say, and would agree, however as much as I like PSA, they have always stated in multiple threads that you must read all the specifications, and if its not mentioned, its not there. (look at the threads concerning the difference in BCG's that they sell) I sincerely agree that kits are not sold without charging handles, and the point is rather tongue in cheek, on how they state that the items are specified as listed. However, I am quite sure that all barreled uppers sold as "PSA" and not "PTAC" or "Freedom" are in fact FN barrels. If the difference is "Premium" I would just like someone from PSA to confirm. |
