Hey PSA!
You guys are seriously sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwww~~ at shipping things back out. I'm very disappointed at no replies to my PMs here, and no follow-up phone calls. If I had known that it was going to take over 3-4 weeks to get my BCG I would have gone to someplace else!! 
How about we pay you guys when things are delivered? Maybe that will speed things up a little?
