I recently finished my AR build with a Palmetto Premium upper.  I realized it needs a little work so I'll be sending it back as soon as possible.

However I was wondering if PSA fixes the upper or will send a new one? Also can I get it shipped to another location when they send it back?

Well, since you made absolutely no mention of your problem, your question is quite difficult to answer....

Im sure they will fix your issue when contacted. I also dont see why sending a repaired/replacement upper to a different location would be a big issue either.

Good luck! Welcome to the site and YMMV

We are sorry to hear that you seem to have an issue with your upper receiver.

With this issue, we ask that all customers test fire their upper receivers before sending them back.  Many times the FSB may appear canted, when it's actually within spec.  We like to see our upper receivers zero within six clicks left or right from zero.

If your upper receiver requires more than six clicks left or right, we'd be happy to get you a call tag and repair or replace your upper.

Thank you!

I'm not sure how to count the clicks, it's on paper at 100 yards. However the front sight cant makes it difficult to maintain a consistent sight picture. If when I send it in and PSA decides it's in spec can I get jut a refund?

What kind of rear sight or optic are you using?  Clicks are usually counted using a mil-spec carry handle as a rear sight.

The test we like to perform is a 25m zero using a 300m zero target, downloadable here.  We fire three rounds from zero, and make adjustments if necessary.  If it requires more than six clicks, we would issue you a call tag.

If you are interested in returning your upper, please contact Customer Service.

I'm using a fixed Midwest Industries rear sight.

So the rear aperture starts centered then you count clicks left and right?

I think next time I'll just stick with BCM.
