I placed an order on the 13th after business hours. Got a tracking number on the 15th and the brown truck arrived today on the 18th.
I have beat on you before for a PTAC upper in poor condition which you replaced. Now I give you applause for an order being handled promptly. 
I have another order from yesterday in the process now. |

I have another order from yesterday in the process now. great to hear it man. being objective and fair is commendable as well. We seem to be seeing more and more of these praise threads and less of the grumbling lets hope it keeps going like that. |
