| Has anyone received their gift card code from the Easter sale yet? I purchased one last week and sent an e-mail requesting it as a code per their instructions, and no code or response yet. Anyone else? |
|
This is only an assumption, and we all know what happens when we assume, but I assume their intent is analogous to, "buy 'x' amount now and save 'y' amount on your next purchase."
They stated that gift cards usually ship out after 5 business days. Whether this is set up by design, or not, this delay (and required shipping time) generally negates the usage of the card during the sale which they are being sold. Again, these are just assumptions and the delayed gift cards may be a side effect of processing capabilities, but maybe they'll be sent out after the Easter sale. |

nope its been 6 days now since ive emailed and i even pm'ed and still nothing. He even said it takes 5 days for the card to ship which it hasn't ( and I do not understand why it takes that long to process a gift card ). well its probably procesed in teh order the order was received, regardless of what it is. so thats probably the reason for the delay. |
| Our gift orders are processed the same way as standard orders and the general lead time for shipment is about 5 business days or 1 week. We do not currently have a system set in place that will automatically send an email code for the card once the order is placed and all email codes are processed manually by our shipping department. Due to a large influx of email requests, the entire process usually takes a few days once an email request is sent. If anyone has a gift card email request, please let me know and I will personally take care of it. |
