At least if you live in North Carolina. Placed an order on April 6th, and according to UPS, its scheduled to be delivered today (April 9th) in about 2 hours. That makes me very happy.  I figured I post this for the whiners. |

Yea, we all know theyve been making changes, more room for compliance, more shipping folks, better training, quality control, etc... its all striving to get beter.. now website updates.. the naysayers are gonna be eating shoe leather here soon.
oh and as for the warehouse/tiger outfitters, that place looks deserted. I can post pics of it if you dont believe me. |

HAH - you think that's bad, I have an order from MARCH 8th for ammo that hasn't shipped. I spent ~ $2k elsewhere on a build because of it, that I would have spent with PSA. The fanbois here are disgusting. They refuse to acknowledge ongoing serious Customer Service issues with PSA. PSA needs to get this shit under control... I can't imagine what they could be making and are losing because of it. Frankly I'd be pissed if I ran PSA knowing that the only thing stopping me from making more was piss poor shipping and customer service... |

| I placed 3 orders Wednesday (2nd) evening. One for ammo, one for a lower, and one for a lower build kit. I got two ups emails the next day, Thursday the 3rd, for the ammo order and the lower build kit. They ended up actually shipping the next day, Friday. I got both packages yesterday, Tuesday April 8. The lower is still "processing." |

Placed orders on 3/21 3/22 and 3/23. I received the order from the 21st on 4/4, the one from the 23rd on 4/7, and the one from 3/22, which is a PSA premium upper, I'll receive on 4/11. Not terribly bad considering that this is shipping from SC to Utah.

UPS man dropped it off about 12:15, Wednesday April 9th. This order wasn't ammo, a complete upper or lower. It was parts and magazines. So maybe for some shipping hasn't gotten any better, but for me it has, and I'm grateful. I've had smaller, simpler orders take a lot longer to arrive. |

Of course, multiple times. That being said, I got the tracking number in my inbox this AM. While almost 5 weeks sucks, if someone said "Hey, shit it will be almost 5 weeks" a few weeks ago, I'd have been cooler with it. The continual "It'll ship in the next few days" gets frustrating and leads one to believe there's no real effort. Now If it's an upper, at a minimum I realistically expect a month due to volume, build, etc. Ammo? Accessories? No way. Will I still buy? Yes, but I'd like PSA to get these things in check - or at least be upfront about it. I deal with with clients every day as I run a business myself - if you're upfront about your shortcomings, delay on a product, etc. the customer will love you more for it and appreciate the up frontness. ETA: Ironically I develop similar solutions for companies - I'm in IT. I could have developed the infrastructure to manage and ship inventory / notify the client of updates, etc. AND at the same time structure a working process for the people that work with the system. |

Just saying. They did originally say it was a sister company. They changed their and my reply post to reflect the same  . Oh well, their forum.
I don't blame them either... Some people would call PSA crying and whining about TO order problems or complications. Like, they don't have enough to deal with. My point being ... I don't care if it is or isn't. I just wanted to know if they had the same employees going from one to the other. If TO has their own employees, inventory and ships faster... more power to them. But, that being said, once TO gets slammed with orders, they'll slow up a bit. TO has some good deals and I'll probably order some stuff after a bit. That $356 Aimpoint Pro was hard to pass up. I really don't care about the wait... just want my stuff and it normally gets to me within PSA's said time frame. People just need to have more patience... If you need something faster, order it from somewhere else, pay more for it... and be happy. If you want a deal, order from PSA, wait... and be just as happy. me |
