| P S A has great products , why is their orders and shipping so screwed up , you cant get a reasonable shipping time on products that are is in stock . After reading reviews on several forums this is the biggest complaint , and seems it has been this way since they have been in business and the excuses they give are not very valid . When one orders something they do it because they need it or want it now not when ever .I have placed 2 orders with them recently and have had shipping problems with both and they were in stock , they give excuses but they are invalid . I will pay a higher price if I can get my items in a timely manner . What this amounts to is not supply and demand just poor business practice ! |

Just for some perspective, I placed two orders within 24 hours of each other. The order numbers were 1806 away from each other. PSA is a relatively small company. 1,806 orders in a days time is a shit load. That takes a LOT of man power to get shit done. The bold sentence is complete shit. I plan ahead for most things. If I need it NOW, I'll get it in person or via Amazon prime. My assumption is most people shopping at PSA do the same. Cheap, quality, speed. Pick two. If you want quick shipping, go pay a few hundred more elsewhere. |
| For me, I am in no hurry just as long as the items do eventually ship and barring some problems it looks like for the most part they do. I can't afford to go out and buy an expensive rifle so I decided to buy from PSA based on their reputation for having quality items at reasonable prices. I will wait to save some money. |

I can understand the volume/capacity argument but my heartburn is with how quickly you are charged for your order. It is pretty dismal when the CC statement arrives in the mail before PSA even gets to shipping your order. Regardless of how poorly their business is ran/developed PSA is more often than not the cheaper option which translates into a lot of sales.

| I shop their retail store fairly frequently, and will continue to do so. I just recently decided to try ordering online to get a couple of bargain items. Never again. Took almost two weeks to ship the order, half of it wasn't shipped, another two weeks to get the rest sent, now in third two weeks wait from using a gift card for the last bit. I understand the whole small company - high order volume argument, BUT, in this day and age, you cannot go online and expect to survive when you ship like the old days of mail order. Yes, we have gotten spoiled by places like Amazon and Ebay, but it is what people have come to expect, and when you work in retail you live and die by customer expectations. |

PSA seems to be proving that rather well. They get so many orders a day you'd think we're still in the panic of '13 |

I have been unable to locate them. I'm sorry, I was unaware that you needed those items right then and there as made clear in earlier posts. If you "cannot expect to survive" by offering slow shipping - which is well known I might add - why does PSA continually sell out? They have their niche in the market and will continue to hold that place, even with slow shipping. I'll add something just to make it easy. When you find a comparable product, with a comparable price and quick shipping THEN you can bitch about slow shipping. Until then, if you're willing to wait, order from PSA. If you need it RTFN, order from elsewhere. |

every gun expense at this point is a want, not a need. that being said, i order when i see a great deal i cant pass up, and is on my want list.
when i pick it up, or its mailed to me, is of little significigance as i have enough to defend myself if i needed to. |
