First words of advice - get the actual roll pin punches. Buy the $50 set from Brownells. It'll save you time and frustration not scuffing up your new lower. Second, don't put your trigger guard in upside down. The detent DOES NOT come out in one piece when you do this!  You WILL need a new TG after drilling out the "backside" of the detent pin. Third, just buy the lower kit with the Magpul/MOE parts... *grin* The stock parts will get replaced shortly after assembly, so might as well start with the right stuff. Fourth, even for a budget build, cheapest isn't always the best. Bolt Carrier group and barrel shouldn't be skimped on.
