Just checked with my credit card company and still no refund/credit, 10 full days after first canceling my order. Since my PSA ordeal began I've spent 2 hours on the phone (when someone answers), been hung up on, posted here, sent IM, all to no avail. Just so folks know, PSA refuses a refund (after I canceled 4 days after placing it before it close to shipping). 10 days later and jumping through every hoop they have set up, PSA flat out refuses a refund (or so it seems). They sent nothing I got nothing, but they still have my $600. I'll keep bumping this thread until its resolved. Might move it to GD. Tired of the PSA games. |

I do think that its a BIG difference from them saying NO (Flat out refusing) to refund your money, and just not being able to get ahold of someone. Im sure our PSA rep will chime in here and take care of you. Sorry its taking so long and your having issues like this man. |

Perhaps some perspective, I had to return an lens to BH photo, they agreed to the return, processes it, and it still took Capital One 21 days to post the credit. This may sound crazy, and it may not be the case here, but the credit card companies have something like 60 days by law to credit a return. Whatever the issue is, I hope it works out quickly for you. |

How's this: The man asked a question and has not received an answer. He wants to know if he will be getting a refund. It's a simple yes or no. The issue is between him and PSA. In your case, B&H told you they were going to give you refund. Imagine if you tried to contact B&H several times using several methods to find out if you were getting a refund and they didn't respond. Would you really care what the credit card company may or may not do? |

Would you really care what the credit card company may or may not do? i get that it may take a c ard company some time to refund it.. but i think the op needs to know from PSA where theyre at in the process so far. |
