I have had several open orders with PSA including one for a shotgun and lower receiver and one for a complete upper. I had two unexpected root canals and a huge plumbing bill from frozen piipes so decided that I needed to cancel my order for the complete upper. I looked at the terms and conditions on the PSA website and saw that an order could be cancelled as long as it had not yet shipped. It took many trys because I kept getting a busy signal but I finally got through on the customer service phone number given to cancel orders. After a 25 minute wait I finally spoke to a very professional and nice lady who looked up my order, confirmed it had not shipped (my order status showed "processing" when I had checked). She asked me why I wanted to cancel and I explained the two large unexpected expenses I had just incurred and she said no problem that she was cancelling the order for me. After hanging up the phone I checked my account on the website and the status had moved from "processing" to "hold". I was relieved that I had this handled. I checked my order status every day last week and it still showed "hold" so I didn't really worry about it. I was still checking my account every couple of days because I have had a shotgun on order for several weeks and am anxious for it to ship. Friday night I was shocked to see that my order I had cancelled and whose status had moved to "hold" now showed "shipped",  Bottom line is that I now have $415 charged to me for an order I clearly cancelled before it shipped. My only conclusion is that PSA lied to me and rather than give up a $415 sale rushed to ship my upper out days after I cancelled the order. I am very disappointed and disgusted at being treated this way. I emailed PSA but as true to their reputation I have heard nothing back for days now.
