I ordered two PTAC complete uppers just prior to Thanksgiving & recieved them on 12/23. One of the uppers is perfectly fine the other, however, has rust all around the front sight & cap, Generally I am pleased with the quality of products you guys send, but rusty parts are not ok. I sent an email with pictures to info@psa & have yet to get a response. Can you provide any help?
