I was trying to place an order earlier today and after checking the terms and conditions box and then the place order box the screen returned to the order cart.  I wasn't sure if the order went through so I called PSA.  The CS rep looked and said no order appeared on their system so it must have not gone through possibly because of a lot of orders being placed.  I went back through the process and placed the order (again).  Within 45 seconds my phone rang and it was the same CS rep saying the order I just placed (the second time) was in the system and there were no duplicate orders.  Can't ask for more than that or the good deal on the Strikefire.

Great! I had an issue with my first order through PSA. My quantity of a product was changed because the inventory was incorrect. The inventory was changed, and by the afternoon, I had all of my orders placed and paid for in full. They are so helpful
