I have ordered many things from PSA in the last 4 months.
I WAS a big advocate of theirs, no more. I can get no help from them on a MOE LPK I ordered on 3/26 I got a tracking number on 4/10 with no order number attached that shows no package received by UPS. All I get is lip service from customer support. Then I get a tracking number for someone else's order. They should change their website back to stating 15 biz days shipping. Or maybe even 15+ biz days, if your lucky, its sure not 5 by any stretch. Great products But they are over their head when it comes to shipping and making sure you get your orders. Buy elsewhere if you can. The frustration is not worth the deal. |

This was for a LPK, that still is in stock 3 weeks later. |
| I have placed probably 20 orders with them over the past 3-4 months. Of those orders, I had one that was missing some parts from a LPK and one that I ordered a carry handle and received a charging handle. In both cases, I emailed customer service and everything was handled quickly and they got the things I was missing or swapped the incorrect part. I don't call because they are swamped and it's better for them and for you to have it in writing. |
