I know there is a thread regarding this LPK but I'm making my own to hopefully stand out and get PSA to help.
I ordered 3 LPK's from PSA late December. Received them all mid January. Just getting around to putting them together. 2 of the 3 buffer tubes do not thread onto the receiver more than one turn, if that. I am not going to sit on hold for 30 minutes or wait 2-3 weeks for a email reply. PSA please let me know how I can get this handled and get the 2 buffer tubes replaced ASAP. |

I called them yesterday since I have the same issue as you. I was on hold maybe 5 minutes and had a prepaid UPS shipping label yesterday afternoon. I shipped the bad tube back to them today. I just hope I get the new one promptly.
Do you threads extend past the slot like the ones pictured in the other thread? |

Well I must say I am surprised and very pleased with PSA. I sent them an IM about this issue and yesterday morning they told me they'd get two replacements out to me. Today I got a UPS tracking number. I should have them Monday.
Thank you PSA, I appreciate the good customer service and the fast action. To anyone else waiting to get some tubes or other missing parts, IM them - that seems to be the best way to get a response. |
