Placed an order for 2 MOE build kits on 12/13
Shipped on 12/26, delivered on 12/28 - only 1 kit in box.
Called, left VM. Emailed. Both on 12/28.
Received reply to email on 12/31 stating the missing kit would be shipped out.
1/14 - 15 days after the email, 32 days after the order was placed. No kit, no further emails, no tracking number.

Who else is completely unimpressed with PSA's ability to maintain a minimum level of customer service?

I have to agree... they sent me 1 of the 5 mags I ordered.  I ordered it on 12/18 and I'm still waiting as of today.

Their excuse is that they are overloaded with orders.  However the entire industry is and I received everything I ordered from Bravo Company in about 5 days.  Same deal with Rainer Arms and Primary Arms.

Anyways... being busy is no excuse to make fundamental errors like not putting everything in the box and then taking 3 weeks to make it right.  In-correct orders should be dealt with asap!  Don't tell me you are busy and that you'll get to it "soon" like its a regular order.

Frustrating.  I know I'll be looking to other companies in the future.

your right their qc dept is lacking. I will not condemn them on it yet, as even though they make mistakes, they do fix them.

I placed an order with them back in august still have not heard from them or received my product.  I cannot get a hold of them and they do not answer replies to emails.  I will give them till Feb and I am filling a complaint with the BBB and going to report them to my credit card company since they charged me at time of purchase!  PSA is sketchy you have some people who are satisfied but then others who they royally F over.  I have since added them to my no buy category along with cheaper than dirt among others.

i know you stated you emailed, but did you IM them here? they seem to respond and react to that faster.  that is why im asking.

IM was the only way I could get ahold of them as well.  That would be your best bet.  Good luck OP.  Sorry to hear you are still waiting for your stuff.

"At least they make it right" doesn't really do it for me.  That is the bare minimum and something they are obligated to do when you pay money.  Since we are discussing customer service I believe they fall flat on their face since they obviously have a bunch of orders that are not qc'ed.  In my case in particular how hard is it to look at the pick list and see that it says Qty: 5 and there is only 1 mag in the box.  Not very difficult and also no excuse that they are busy.  

Right now business is probably booming but I will say with a good amount of certainty that they have probably pissed off a good chunk of consumers who will be taking their business elsewhere in the future.

Let's hope they turn it around because they do have good pricing.  Unfortunately good pricing isn't enough to cover up all the headaches.

So far I have been lucky.

I just had an order where they left out the 10 fde Pmags. I called and they said they were out of stock and would issue a refund. I had also sent an email and posted in the giant where my order thread. I received an email saying that my missing items would be sent immediately. Just received them today. Honestly thought I was hosed. If I get the refund I plan to inform them of their mistake in my favor.

I am having similar issues. I have a post a little down the page on it . I ordered an upper early November and got the wrong thing. Sent it back over a month ago and still haven't got anything other than the runaround.






Everyone keeps saying they make good on their problems but I think the posts on this board are proof otherwise.







I hope they fix these issues as I think their product, prices, and selection make them a big player that could get even bigger but they have too much competition to screw everyone over and keep up.

you did look in the back of the tubes right? i ask as thats a common mistake.

i don't mind it when i get extra shit because i'm honest and let them know about it.  i once got somebody else's complete $250+ ammo order

but i just got shorted 5 pmags on a 10 pmag order today and have to wonder if whoever got my other 5 thinks of it as a present

One thing that is going to keep me from ordering from PSA again is the fact that they charge your credit card immediately (while every other company charges when they actually ship) and it is then a mystery when you will get your order.

PSA can basically make a risk free profit on that money with no real obligation to fulfill their responsibility to deliver their product.

I won't be ordering from them again, and I would have cancelled my order except for their obnoxious 10% restocking fee.

I'll stick to someone like BCM or anyone else who when they advertise something in stock are actually ready to ship it and are not going to put you in a queue with no end in sight.

I'd like to share my experience as well but let me start off with the fact that I understand that with recent events there are a lot of backups in shipping and getting in stock items, but that should be an excuse for poor customer service. In no way am I tryomg to basha

I ordered a carbine buffer kit , act alg trigger, and a lpk with a flat dark earth moe.  They said they had the items instock when I ordered them and that they would just have to wait to ship them out which was not a problem for me. On the 1/9 I emailed them for a status and they said that the trigger was now of stock but they will ship the rest of the order which they did. At that time I emailed them about possible upgrading with an additional cost and if I would have to pay shipping and still no response.  When the carbine buffer kit arrived with the lpk they send me the wrong color moe grip I have just emailed them but am doubtful of a response, but I'll keep trying.

Fyi for everyone im not bashing them I just want people to know about my current experience with them. In the past my order went as planned but no emaill response from them at that time either.

I just wanna say I feel bad for you guys with missing or slow shipping parts. I don't understand the inconsistent shipping times. I on the other hand have been very fortunate  with my orders. I ordered a receiver, Black Friday upper on 11/22. The receiver arrived on 12/10 and the upper on 12/17. My LPK MOE kit was ordered on 12/25 and it showed up on 1/11. Don't know what to think.
