| Let me start this off by saying that I admit PSA has terrible customer service when it comes to answering phones. If you send an email though, I have generally had a response within 2-3 days. Anyways, here's my story. I had placed an order in mid November for a complete rifle and 4 days later, the mid patrol rifle with the aimpoint pro included came back on sale for $999. I notified customer service that I would like to cancel my previous order so that I could order this rifle instead. It took 12 business days for my funds to come back into my account which I was not happy about. On top of that, the price of the patrol rifle had increased to $1099 in that time. I ordered the new rifle, on December 7th and was refunded my 10% cancellation fee about 5 business days later. On top of that, PSA is going to refund me an additional $99 as well because the original refund took so long and the price of the rifle had increased that much in the time it took to get my refund. I got a shipping notification this morning that my rifle has shipped out of their facility. That would make it 8 business days from the time of my order to the shipment date. Overall, while it can be very frustrating trying to contact PSA, I am overall satisfied with my experience thus far. |
