Could someone please IM me? I have a issue with the 4th Day Of Christmas sale upper receiver i bought from ya'll.
FYI in case others ordered one, did yours have M4 cuts? Mine does and it was NOT supposed to per the add: This forged 7075-T6 A4 AR upper is made to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized black for durability. Featuring machined T marks, and a mil-spec finish. These uppers are an overrun from a Mil-spec manufacturer for an M16 A4 Contract. The M16 A4 upper does not have M4 feedramps cut in the upper receiver as per mil-spec. |

I bought one of these stripped uppers also. It must be out of spec.
Tried to test the fit on my 2 complete lowers but the pins would not go through the upper. The stripped upper I received did not have M4 feed ramps. The forge marks on the upper were a Square & "F" I have sent PSA an e-mail about it, but no response yet. |
| Have the same problem was looking for non feed ramp uppers and got feed ramp ones. Already posted about it in the thread where one of my uppers has a 7/16" hole where the gas tube goes. Redialed their number constant for an hour Tuesday and not get through to the CS line, not even where you get to hold on at. Wednesday got through to the hold portion of phoning in and held for about 20 minutes till finally got someone who said they were out of the non feed ramp uppers and would send a replacement with a return label for the one bad upper. Time will tell but I am sure this will still be a problem weeks into the future. |

PK had some the other day if it does not work out for you here. It just irks me because I've had this kind of issue before with them I give them another chance and it's GTG then I get comfortable with an order or two and then BAM again. The kicker is it's always the bigger items that it happens. I fully expect they will step up and fix it, just would prefer it happens quick. Then I can go ahead and buy some more small stuff

wow. PSA and I have a "relationship" and like all relationships there has to be understanding. 
In my case the phone line was never really that useful and the email on their site was hit or miss. but the good folks who are reps on this site tend to be quicker to look into something. I think I sent the IM out early in the day yesterday, but either way they stepped up as I expected them to do. |
