How long has it been taking everyone to get their lowers? Ordered mine on 10/30, they asked for my local FFL info on 11/3, and now there has been nothing...
Trying to be patient because I hear great things about their products, but I've got a film crew showing up in a few weeks and I'm trying to figure out if I need to make other arrangements, |

ordered one on the 29th and I emailed on the 10th business day ..... was to suppose to ship that day but UPS problem so it shipped on the 11th business day...
I would email them and see whats up they responed super fast to my emails and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. |

I've never been able to get thru on the phone, and sent them one email, but I've not want to be a pest because I imagine they're swamped.
On a related note I checked into the local shop here in Cleburne, TX to see if I could just get it shipped here, however the woman wanted $40 for the transfer, claiming she had to do a background check on PSA even though they are a manufacturer with an FFL. Sounded fishy to me so at the moment I'm sticking with my regular FFL, Quentin Defense in AZ, because they only charge $15 with my CCW, and hopefully one of my crew can bring it out to me. |

Just found out I have to fly back to LA on the 20th to pick up cameras and will pass thru Phoenix (home) on my way back to Texas, so I definitely want to have my lower in by then.
Looks like I'll just set a timer on my phone and call every five minutes until I get thru. |

Mike at the PSA Compliance Dept. is a nice guy. Sounds like they're genuinely getting hammered down there and just doing the best they can.
While patience is a virtue I'm not naturally gifted with I'm going to work on it. Crossing my fingers it hits my FFL before the holiday so I can grab it. |
