Ive sent several and gotten no reply as well. They are very good about responding in this forum, however.

We apologize for the delay in answering emails.

The CS department is currently answering emails in the order received.  Depending on the day of the week, they can be several days behind.  

Per the sticky at the top of the page, If you have a time sensitive question and have not received a response to an email as yet, please send us an IM here and we will assist you.

Our email address has suffered lately from individuals posting the same questions as many as 70 times in a very short period.  This type of behavior is juvenile, and thankfully not widespread, but it does slow down the response time for everyone else as each email must be read to determine if it is a legitimate question.

Posting individual order questions in the forum will not help.
