Order# 100073381. Received a damaged item. After numerous phone calls, IM's, and Emails, CS promises on 8/23 to ship a replacement, but forgot. PSA locks the last thread created on Monday but does ship a replacement and it is received today. It is the wrong item. I hope the correct item ships out today as promised, I hope to get a tracking#, I hope for alot of things; but mostly, I hope that things start improving at PSA...
