I am a PSA fanboy but still need to comment.   Your CS department,  I'm sure is busy, but it still needs to respond to customer service issues as well as follow through on a commitment.  A replacement item was supposed to be shipped on 8/23 for order#100073381.  I received no tracking and no responses from CS until today which was "shipping in the next few days."  I've been patient but that is poor.    Now I'm gonna go place an order for something totally different.

Thank you for your comments.  

In an effort to offer such low prices a certain amount of automation is necessary.  We apologize that you were not able to change your order.  However, the web page specifically states that orders cannot be changed after the order is placed, only cancelled and re-ordered.  

From the web site:  

"Amending Orders: No amendments to orders can take place once an order is placed.  The only way to amend an order is to cancel the order (which incurs a 10% processing fee) and a new order can be placed."

It takes PSA forever to ship something. It took forever to get 2 mags i ordered. It took over 2 1/2 weeks to get my order. They still take forever even though they done away with the free shipping which is stupid. There is no excuse for this BS. We should boycott them but it aint gonna happen.
