| What is the best way to go about this? I had my last thread locked and told to contact CS. I was pretty clear that I had been trying all morning. I've sent emails with no response and made about 20 phone calls, and no one picks up. |

If there is no answer when you call during business hours, it is because all personnel are helping other customers. Please try back.
If you have emailed, please wait for a response. Emails are answered in the order received. On Monday morning, the staff has to process Saturday and Sunday emails before they can answer Monday emails. Thank you for your patience. |
