I've heard the stories about your customer service and got to experience it today. While some of the people there are extremely helpful you do have one girl that works there with a serious attitude problem. I will spend my cash with a different outfit that can handle a customer's issues in a professional manner.

Your seriously going to go elsewhere because of one employee? |

Thank you for your input.
To the OP: What were the details? What were you asking her to do? Did you get a name? Or, should I just fire the whole staff? We are only human. If we screw up, contact us, we will make it right. But straight up whining with no path to resolution will get a thread locked. Baseless accusations of racism will get the thread deleted. |

I don't want to really delve into the details but PSA should fire that woman and focus on hiring competent people. The bottom line is that I would rather spend the extra $20 for a LPK or whatever and get better customer service somewhere else. You want her to be fired yet you don't want to share details such as who she was? Just seems like you're trolling. |

help me understand this thread. you wanted the girl on the counter to call her manger on the phone and hand it to you, but because she did not do that you are saying PSA has terrible service? did you have a problem with an item you bought from them? did they not have what you wanted in stock? when I was an employee I shielded my boss from customers and tried to take care of what they needed myself, I thought if I can't handle it why does my boss need me as an employee |

Unless getting a third perfect upper last Friday falls in the horrible customer service category. Every time I've called, they answered and were helpful and polite. I'm more inclined to believe the OP was one of those pain in the butt, never happy with anything, customers. |

You would be better served by taking this to General Discussion,or AR Discussion. PSA cannot delete and edit these posts there,so no way can they hide the bad service by zapping these types of posts. Wrong. They would move it to the Feedback Forum. I'm surprised PSA endures the sh!t stirring trolls by even having a forum. Must be doing something right. Envy breeds contempt. |

Unless the manager was already involved. Exactly. They usually already know what's going on. If the caller then does get transfered over to the manager do you people not think the CS Rep doesn't explain to the manager what just happened? Most managers stand behind what their employee's say or do, otherwise they wouldn't have that employee working for them. |

Jesus Crist! How many "Poor me I got shit on", threads are there. I'm 49 and learned life just dont come easy if you let it. This company posts here and seems like they try and get it right, or make it right. You get reasonable prices, free shipping, God Damn WTF else do you want. Is your life that shitty that you have to bitch every time something just isn't right. I think I've only ordered two things from this company, but plan on doing more business. I didnt know they had so reasonable prices and found it by accident. Shit is going to happen. The sun will rise tomorrow. Move on for Crist's sake.
ETA: I'm a warehouse manager for a vending company. Ppl get bent out of shape for the price of a candy bar or bag of chips, try to supplement their pay check by claiming to lose money. We deal with customer service all the time, and it can include the price of a candy bar. Theres a way bigger picture behind that wall. |

My managers will always have my back when a customer is being unreasonable. Sometimes you just get customers who have a vendetta against the world. I had a customer throw a gun at me once because I told him a certain gun wasn't on sale for $229. He claimed our ad had the gun on sale for $229. It was $299 and I told him that we could check the ad if he didn't believe me. He cussed me out saying he didn't need to be called a liar and threw the gun at me. |

Most everyone will have bad days. Dealing with rude, ignorant, window shoppers all day can cause anyone to have a bad moment. I use to wok for a trucking company, and dealing with drivers all day, with the same complaints, and how they make my living gets old fast. Sometimes you have to get a manager to tell them to leave and go away.
I have had 2 orders missing small parts, but I have a lot of the same parts, so I blew it off, besides, on one of the orders they put in 2 gas keys by mistake ,, so it all evened out. And then some people will have a major fit over a 50 cent spring missing, even before letting CS know there is a problem. As you can see in this forum, PSA tries to handle all issues to the customers satisfaction. And they do a good job of it. Most of the time, the customers attitude reflects how the problem is handled. |
| I had a problem with an order that was apparently skipped over and never got sent out. Palmetto doubled the order and sent me a signed letter of apology. They are first class in my book, period. I order a lot from PSA, advocate many of their products, and will continue to patronize their establishment. People rarely observe the fact that ordering from a company is part of a business relationship. Like a marriage, it will not always be perfect, but as long as the participants communicate and work through problems, it can be a great business relationship in spite of the bumps in the road. PSA is among my favorite vendors and their prices are only rivaled where I have business accounts. |
