is it common for the HF uppers to be very tight. I built my 16" middy HF upper this week on a noveske lower and this thing it super tight. It had a little trouble going into battery at first. That said it shoots great just needs a lot of break in

Make sure you give the chamber, bore, and especially the BCG a thorough cleaning to remove any residual packing oils.
