I have purchased several items from PSA in the past couple months and it seems that Palmetto would save quite a bit in shipping if they paid more attention when packing the original order.

Ordered Lower build kit....missing MOE grip, contacted, got my grip a couple days later.

Ordered 2 70 dollar lowers, then 4 more 50 dollar lowers, FFL received box with 1 lower, and box with 4 lowers...called, couple days later FFL had the 6th lower.  I was told I would get a credit of 60$ for the two lowers to match the sale price. I never received the credit.

Ordered two lower build kits, and Palmetto armorers wrench... missing one whole lower build kit.  Not sure how that happens, but anyway, contacted Palmetto on here and received my build kit couple days later.


Now all of my uppers and lowers from Palmetto have functioned perfectly, and their customer service is great when something is missing.  I just hope they can get their packing sorted out cause I feel like every order I place, after waiting for it to finally arrive I go through it and then sign into my email and send out a message to get the rest of my stuff.  

Finally, I recommended Palmetto to a friend and he bought a lower, ammo, upper, magazines...everything to get him started for his first AR.  He was putting together his lower, and found he was missing a buffer retainer spring, and trigger guard.  I did not feel too bad because I told him in advance stuff might be missing from his order.  He went to a local shop and got the parts he needed so he could go shooting, and sent an email for the missing stuff.  I understand Palmetto receives a lot of orders, and work as hard as possible to get them shipped quickly, but the packing needs to either be slowed down a little or check off the packing list when putting stuff in the box.
