I sent this email on Jan 31, but I received no response.
Order #100002214 I received this order yesterday. Before the order shipped I was notified that item #1706 Fiocchi .22lr subsonic was out of stock. However I was still charged for them. Was I put on backorder for this item or is it a billing error? If I am on backorder, which is fine, can I get an ETA on when they will be in stock? There was no packing slip, invoice, or any other type of paperwork in the box. Just the ammo y'all shipped. Please let me know to either expect the refund for the ammo that was not shipped or a date to expect the remainder of my order. |
