I placed an order for a rifle kit and a stripped lower on Friday, January 13th.  I'd been looking at Palmetto for a while but saw they were going to overhaul the website and figured it would be best to wait until after that to order.  I'd seen the complaints on here.  I expected my order to take a while to ship.  I was in no hurry.

When trying to order I noticed they had all the Magpul stuff in OD, except for the grip.  I emailed customer service to ask if this was an error with the new site.  While waiting, I saw a rifle with all OD Magpul stuff, except with a black grip.  It looked sexy.  I said to hell with it and went ahead and ordered everything in OD except for the grip.  I ordered in it in black.

That evening I got an email from PSA saying the OD was indeed in stock.  I told them I'd already ordered it in black, and not to worry about it.  They replied that they would make sure I got OD green if that's what I really wanted.  I said it was and I told them thanks.  Today I got an email saying an OD grip had shipped and was informed I would be getting the OD green IN ADDITION to the black I ordered with my rifle kit.  My rifle kit hasn't shipped yet, nor has my lower, but it's only been 2 business days since I ordered.  The OD grip is already on it's way.

So, for absolutely no reason other than to make me happy they shipped a free grip at their expense.  Who does that?  It's very obvious to me that they take customer satisfaction very seriously.  Any problems others have had lately I believe were due to things out of PSA's control, not due to them just not caring.  If they were that type of people they would have just sent the black grip I ordered and let it be.

Can't wait to build my rifle.  I promise it won't be the last.  I have 2 friend waiting to see mine before ordering on of their own.

I had a little mishap on one of my orders they didnt ship me my Magpul trigger guard that came in the kit I bought.Sent email and promptly got email back apologizing and soon after tracking number for missing trigger guard. It showed up tonight and in the box was also a nice looking PSA ball cap.Thank you PSA for making things right and going the extra mile to get my parts to me. Hope you guys have fun at the SHOT.
