| I received a shippiing notification for my uppers and parts but haven't received one for my lowers. I am just curious if palmetto sends a shipping notification with the lower or not. I am starting to get excited about my first builds! |
| We don't actually send any shipping notification. That service is provided by USPS (for lowers and other firearm orders), and UPS Quantumview. The customer may not receive tracking information for a variety of reasons such as spam filters, incorrectly keyed e-mail addresses, or an error from UPS/USPS' system. If you do not receive a tracking number our CS can assist you with this ([email protected]). |
