Anyone else having order issues with these guys? I've emailed and called with no response.

I ordered ammo 12/19 and got it like the 29th or something and I'm only 2 business days away via UPS.

I was worried for a bit too, but it'll come.

had same issue. Ordered ammo on 12/30 and still waiting. It's on it's way and to be delivered Wednesday but disappointing. They are 3 days away shipping and received UPS email last Thursday only for PSA not to ship until Friday. After a couple emails they did reply and appologized for year end inventory or something like that. I can understand that but at least if your warehouse is shutting down for a day or two let your customers know. I typically use Glens and this will probably be my first and last order unless they have a great deal that can't be passed up. Never had a single issue with Glens and always fast to reply to emails and they answer the phone. Good luck

People sure have gotten spoiled these days.   Why anyone would expect the same delivery times during anywhere from dec 20-jan10 as the rest of the year is beyond me.

Holidays people.  everyone gets backed up.

I guess but at least they could do is respond to the OP's e-mails. OP, I've sent two e-mails to PSA with my online order number and have gotten zero response. I'm a little disappointed in PSA. I buy 2K a year in ammo from them. I might reconsider that now.

ETA: I read in another post here that they are very backed up. Ammo orders are up 1000 percent they said and have hired additional staff. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for another week or so. Sorry for my snarky reply above PSA.

I ordered 500 rounds of Federal XM193, from www.Glensoutdoor.com at 8:55AM 01/11/2012.

At 10:00AM the same day, they sent me an email letting me know that my ammo was shipped via FedEX, with a tracking number.

Total cost $134.95 for 500 rounds (0.2699 cents a round) plus $9.91 shipping = $144.86 (0.29 cents a round shipped)

That, is some fast service.

Yeah, but good old Glen probably didn't just give us the $49.00 lower deal for the second time in a month either.
If good old Glen was running his ass off like a three legged cat trying to deliver four or five thousand lower receivers,
while at the same time keep up with thousands of other orders, during the holidays,
well that half case of ammo may have been delayed just a skoshe.
Just sayin'.

PSA...keep up the good work. Don't let us drag you down.
I for one am very happy that you fine folks are doing what you're doing.
Sure, there are issues, hell I'd be amazed if there weren't issues.
But it appears that you guys are handling things as well, if not better, than should be expected.
Keep it up, and we'll keep on bitchin'.
Apparently, it's what we do.
Please forgive us.
