Road over an hour to get to your store with my cousin. He wanted a few of your lowers. Got to the store before lunch and he was told after filling out all the paper work lowers were only on sale on line and not at the store. Full price only at the store. Nice check out person said he could go home order them on line and come back and pick them up at the store for the sales but they would not give them to him over the counter except full price. Crazy.
Why is that not mentioned on line? Online has the reduced price ad at right there below the store hours. Not that you care but you have pretty much lost two customers. I wish I had not already paid for the few things I had bought. I would have put them back. I just heard about this. The guy you talked to told several people this today and he had no idea what he was talking about and I have no idea why he said that. I have 55 employees now and sometimes they say things that make me scratch my head. I have already talked to him about this.

I agree that it is an extremely nice gesture on their part and appreciated by me and I am sure by my cousin. I posted a quick reply so I could get him on the phone to let him know about their offer in case he wanted to make the trip back before they closed. He and I both have made many purchases from them in the past and I am sure with them stepping up and hitting a home run for him they will get his business as he finishes his builds. |
