Finally got around to posting this.
Built my first AR. PSA 16" CHF Mock Dissipatior with PSA Premium lower build kit on Aero Precision lower. Had a slight hiccup with the order but PSA got me taken care of with no problems.

- Order placed on November 14th.
- Shipped on the 18th (UPS tracking info came on the 14th, but the upper actually left PSA on the 18th).
- Received on November 23rd.
- I immediately ripped the box open and started assembly. I found I was missing buffer, tube and spring, and the CTR stock was the wrong color (grip and trigger guard were correct). I emailed PSA at 1:30pm and had a response by 2:30p and shipping confirmation for the parts by 3:05p. All on the day before Thanksgiving! Couldn't ask for more.
- Got the PA micro dot, MBUS and the missing PSA parts on November 30th and finished assembly. Took it out to the range last Thursday. I'm thrilled to say the least!

All in all I had my order in my hands and complete in 16 days (including a the hiccup and a holiday). Pretty good for a company that says 15 days just to build and ship the upper out!
Thanks PSA!

The Aero Precision lines on your lower match really good with the PSA upper. I wonder if that's who they get them from?

Very nice looking rifle!

Are those cymbal stands showcasing your new AR?

Yeah the lines and color are pretty much a perfect match. The upper looks a little darker in the pictures because of the fresh oil (and camera flash).
Pretty tight fit too, only the tiniest bit of play between the upper and lower.

Yeah, cymbal stands. I was working on some sight alignment and co-witness pictures for a buddy. I don't have the coin for one of the fancy LaRue tripod mounts so I improvised.
I wouldn't shoot from it, but it works for pictures.

Not bashing you for using cymbal stands or anything. My brother plays drums and I thought they looked familiar.

Thought it was a good idea actually, since he always had extra stands and shit laying around. Might have to steal your idea for some pics of my own.

Oh...and maybe it's just my monitor, but your walls almost seem to match your MOE stuff.

The cymbal stands do work pretty well for pictures. When i set it up right, I can get 360 degrees around the gun for pictures with minimal stand in the way.
I like having the gun up at eye level for pics instead of lying on the floor/table/whatever. Looks better and I don't have to worry about ARFCOM seeing my feet.

These were taken with my cheepie point and shoot camera, so it looks a little funny. The furniture is "Foliage" color which is pretty much a greenish gray (Matches my "ACU Gray" paracord almost perfectly). The walls are gray. The flash in the picture washed both of them out a little and they do look pretty similar.
