| Not only did they have amazing prices. The place was packed with people sweeping up deals, but the staff took time to take care of everyone and make sure everyone was squared away. Also got a new shooter hooked. The girl friend got her first gun and hasn't stopped smiling. Needless to say it won't wait till Christmas. Thumbs up to psa, definitely gonna be a repeat customer. |

| Glad you had a great experience. I stopped by Saturday to see if I could just pick up the rifle I ordered November 8th that has been in "test firing" mode since November 15th but the person I spoke to said that the guy who does the orders wasn't in. He walked to the back with my name and order number and came back about 1 minute later saying he didn't know where it was or couldn't find it without the other guy telling him where it was (something to that effect) and that was that. No offer of further assistance. No looking on a computer. Nothing. They were NOT that busy. Add that to the fact that they have been essentially assembling a rifle kit for 20 days and I'm not seeing the great customer service others are talking about. The only reason I can think of is the holiday, but I really hope they haven't let my rifle order sit on the back burner so they could have lots of good builds to sell on Black Friday. |

Call them on Monday. Ask to speak with Jamin, Joe Weir, or Kyle. One of those guys WILL get you straight. |

Please note that the website is a completely different entity than the storefront. Different staff, different inventory system. The guys in the storefront on Saturdays do not have the ability to locate status of online orders, unless it was designated for in-store pickup (and is ready). If you had visited on Friday, there would have been someone there to help. If you email your order number we will be happy to give a status. |

I wasn't aware of the difference between the front and back. I didn't realize we were going to be in the area until that morning and by the time I sent the email asking if it would be possible to pick it up it was already too late. |
