Ordering a rifle kit and sights, ie. over $500, but I'm still getting charged for shipping? I've made the same order multiple times before. I thought accessories over $200 shipped free? Am I missing something?

Yep, rifle kits are not considered magazine and accessory orders, neither are complete uppers, pretty sure the fla shipping rate of $15 is right below the description on most of the kit/upper pages |
