| I just wanted to start a thread about a great customer service experience with PSA. I have purchased PSA lowers and LPK's as well as a few other items in the past and have always been amazed at the price/quality of the items that I received. Recently I had a couple of missing items in 2 separate orders, a buffer detent spring in a LPK and a complete MOE LPK. Well, after sending an email to Joe McCallum, they immediately apologized for the issues and promised to send the items ASAP. My emails were replied to immediately and Joe was very helpful with the entire process. I think that it is very important to realize how many orders that PSA is now fulfilling due to their great prices and group buys offered here on the board. Things are going to happen and PSA is going to make it right. As a community, we sure are lucky to have a retailer like PSA to do business with. Thanks guys! |

i have been a PSA customer since they started selling SSA 6.8 ammo. . .
always awesome to deal with, although i have the disadvantage of living close and having to look at all the parts in person 
it's like a pet store full of puppies when you walk in there. you have to run away before you wind up taking them all home. |

This morning I received my third order from PS, this order had a small issue. I called the customer service line and it was answered on the first ring, I gave my order number and Sam had the issue resolved in seconds without question. Great service and great products, Thanks again |
I have ordered ammo, LPK's, ammo, optics and magazines from them, and just ordered their F/A bolt carrier group. They are a great to order from. I am in East TN and the shipping is fast. I just wish they would get more ammo in, and the Aim-Point Patrol Rifle optics in. Keep up the good work!

I also had an issue with a lower parts kit that I purchased from them that was missing a buffer detent spring. I called them up and they sent me three in the mail the very next day It is refreshing to deal with a company that is focussed on the customer!! Great work guys! I will be purchasing from them again. Oh, and I also live close to them so I will be working some overtime so that I can make more frequent visits to their facility!
