| I'm in the same boat. I received a MOE trigger guard instead of a MOE LPK! This is after one of my LPK's was missing a detent spring last time. They offered to fix that, but sent me a detent instead of the spring. Since I was getting ready to place another order, Joe told me to add it to the order and note it on my order so that they could discount the price from the order. Well, I did notate it and they still charged me for it. I can live w/0 the .99 cents, but I want the MOE LPK sent ASAP. They can have the MOE trigger guard back on their dime too. Well, hopefully they respond ASAP and get the kit sent to me by the end of next weak. Mistakes happen, but this is 4 mistakes in 2 orders. That's a little much IMO. |

We will fix this an throw in some free goods to make up for your trouble. We have had to hire a few new people recently and not all of them are gun nuts. They have sent out the wrong items a few times. We are working on training them better and puting more controls in place. We will make it up to you and we want to keep your business.
