We charge your card when an in stock item is ordered. The item is then sent to shipping with your packing slip to be sent out. We currently have a massive backup at shipping due a recent spike in orders. Please call us at 803-760-4004 and we can give you the exact details of where your order is and when it will or if it has shipped.
