Though I have never used IMI ammo everything I've heard or read about it indicates that it is good-high quality ammo similar to Lake City. IMI stands for Israeli Military Industries and they were the prime contractor for the IDF for years and years (made the Uzi for them). However, it is my understanding that they were dissolved/bought-out/replaced a number of years ago. If that's the case, and I'm not certain about this, then it would be impossible for that ammo to be only 4 months old.
