I've never seen a truly "universal" conversion pin - usually there's a conversion pin for putting small-hole uppers on large hole lowers, or a bushing to put large-hole uppers on small hole lowers. While I've never seen both in one device, I guess it's possible someone's come up with such a critter. The most usual conversion need is for large hole lowers to small hole uppers (with all the large-hole pre-ban SP1 and Sporter II lowers out there), and that would use the offset conversion pin. |
