Ok... I've been trying to follow label colors... markings... SNs... and now I'm completely lost.

Using the pictures, is the barrel chromed? anything special I need to be aware of?







Any other information revealed by these arcane markings?

I do know they stopped chrome bores in 1998, call Colt Monday, 1 800 9622658 after 10:00 am.

All Colt 'milspec guns' - 1:7 Gov't barrel are chromed - C MP 5.56mm NATO 1/7

Yours is.

Some of the tgt guns with SS barrel are not.
