Greetings,
I have a question about a recently acquired Colt upper, more specifically the bolt. The carrier is C marked as is expected but the bolt is marked MPN (not the usual MPC) in white paint. I have searched about this and received conflicting information but it would appear the bolt may have been made by National Aerospace before they went out of business. Does anyone that knows Colt well know if they ever shipped out units with this MPN marked bolt? I can post a photo if it helps. |

Well after conversing with the previous owner/searching it seems like Colt at one point used an MPN marked bolt.
