So, I spotted this beauty on GB, but seeing as I'm fucking poor I had to discontinue the LE6933 project: however, I like this much better. And for only $1,300 I got... drum roll please.... the rifle, deregistered via letter to the NFA; shipping seperately for the upper and lower included (will have the upper sent directly to ADCO for pinning.) I thought that was a pretty good deal, and If you'll notice it's got the restricted rollmarks, cerro forge mark on the lower, .154" fcg pins: all the stuff a cult owner could ask for! Comments welcome-I think this is the most excited I've been for any material thing in my whole life

ADCO has an XA2 on their site for only $25, but I wish I could get my hands on an SDI

I recommend using something you can put a can on later, like a surefire brake or something.

You think so? I was under the impression that the fh would get dirty as hell and that it causes problems If you've got first hand experience then hell yah I'll go for it. what's a relatively inexpensive fh and suppressor combo? Thanks

you don't have to get the suppressor right now, rather you can just get the brake/flash hider that works with which ever suppressor you may want in the future. The brake I use on 14.5" barrels is the PWS KAC556 because it is long enough to bring the barrel out to 16.1"+ and I can mount my Knights Armament QDSS-NT4 suppressor on it.

That suppressor is about $1,200 last I checked, but the brake was something like $100 I think.

HTH!

I did the same thing with a Surefire break/suppressor except I permattached it in the garage with 1100 degree silver solder.

Cheers

So how often does one really have to disassemble the fh for cleaning? I keep reading about this corrossion issue but idk if it's a legitament worry

Ended up locating an SDI XA2, seeing as I don't forsee having the $ for a suppressor and since I kinda want to keep this title 1. I've read all about the silver solder method, but also read it may anneal the barrel any truth to this? (If not, I have a friend who could do this for free!) Also, was wondering if anyone would know what year rifles with SN 0967** were produced? Why do some block out the last two digits of an SN???
